Course of pastry and cake making with Nicolas Denis ex pastry chef at The Four Seasons- Terre Blanche.

MORNING COOKING CLASS
A morning based on the utilization of local market produce in the company of two well-known chefs which features products of our region, so rich and varied.
You will realize a main dish and a dessert before getting together around a table to taste your creations. The menu is accompanied two glasses of wine from nearby vineyards.

Gastronomic Evening
An evening based on French gastronomy in the company of two famous chefs with whom you will discover the arts of creating a festive menu. This includes starter, main dish, a dessert and three glases of wine and one cofee.

Guests arriving between 9: 45 and 10 : 00 A.M Presentation of our location and all the chief
At 10 : 15 AM. 5 Groups of 15 people for each cooking workshop. One chief and One translator per table. With the products of the season all the team will realize an assortment of canapés 5 per person.
At 12 : 00 O’clock All guests will going outside to dress up the cocktail buffet and tasting their realizations accompanied of one glass of champagne (sparkling and still water are including).
At 13 :00 PM Lunch Time
